Refund Policy For ClickGrowth Limited 

 

PAYMENTS, REFUNDS, UPGRADING AND DOWNGRADING. 

 

  • The School Management Software Service operates on a yearly billing cycle, with charges assessed per ‘non-graduated’ student registered within a client school’s portal. Each client school maintains a replenishable wallet referred to as “The Subscription Fund Wallet.” This wallet serves as the source from which the school’s per-student subscription fees are deducted annually. Client schools have the flexibility to augment their Subscription Fund Wallet at any time using credit/debit cards. It’s important to note that any funds added to this wallet represent credit value solely applicable to student subscriptions and are not eligible for refunds via cash, checks, or any alternative means provided by The Service Provider.

 

  • There shall be no reimbursement or credits granted for partial months of service, nor for months during which the subscription remains active but unused.

 

  • The Service Provider does not entertain any form of refunds for payments made for our service, regardless of the reason behind the request, whether due to a change of mind, initial misunderstanding of our service, or any other cause.

 

  • In the event that a client school chooses to upgrade or downgrade their Subscription Plan while a student’s active subscription remains unexpired or does not expire within the upcoming 30 days, a refund is issued in the form of a Roll-over balance. This refund is calculated based on daily rates for the remaining days of the unexpired subscription and is applied when calculating the student’s subscription charge for the upgraded or downgraded Subscription Plan.

 

  • Please note that downgrading to a lower Subscription Plan is only permissible if the current higher Subscription Plan either expires within the next 30 days or has already expired. Be advised that such downgrades may result in the loss of content, features, or capacity associated with your Account, for which The Service Provider bears no liability.

 

  • All payments specified are exclusive of any applicable taxes, levies, or duties imposed by relevant taxing authorities, unless explicitly stated otherwise. The Client assumes responsibility for settling all such taxes, levies, or duties as may be applicable.

 

  • We want to assure you that we neither solicit nor store your Credit or Debit Card details. All payment transactions are conducted and processed through trusted PCI-compliant third-party Payment GaGateways.

 

  • We emphasize that our software source code is not available for sale to any client or prospective client. We grant access solely for the use of our software, which is hosted on our cloud server.
